A former International Director at Quorn Foods and Patak's, I've spent 25+ years building and scaling international FMCG businesses - not advising from the sidelines, but actually doing the work: building market entry strategies, managing multi-market P&Ls, negotiating with distributors, recruiting and leading international teams, and delivering growth that stands up to PE scrutiny.
