I founded internationalFMCG in 2020 to realise my passion for helping brands achieve their international potential. With over 25 years' experience of FMCG focussed in the food industry, my mission is to utilise my accumulated knowledge and global network to support the international growth of food and beverage brands that I believe in.
My career started in grocery supply chain management, before developing into international commercial leadership and general management. I have spent over 15 years establishing, leading and expanding chilled, frozen and ambient international businesses for Patak's, Blue Dragon, Associated British Foods and Quorn Foods. I've also worked with leading businesses such as Gü and Symington's, helping them shape and execute their international strategies effectively.
The internationalFMCG model enables me to leverage the vast international network and relationships I have developed to deliver quick access to local resources and skills that can help your business succeed. When required, I can access trusted, high quality in-market expertise providing insight, trade knowledge and contacts, and where necessary, cost effective 'feet on the ground' to help deliver success.
In addition, I have particular experience in providing support to companies who are focussed on developing a strong international value story as part of a future exit strategy.
Based in Manchester, I currently work with a small number of clients on a project or retainer basis providing close support and expertise, helping them make progress more quickly and without costly mistakes.
